By subscribing to the Ice Theatre of London, you agree to receive email from us. The aim of our newsletter service is to keep our audience up-to-date on new ITL offerings such as class schedules and events, provide customer services, and relay information that may be of interest to the British figure skating community. Subscription to our newsletter service is free of charge and can be terminated at any time using the unsubscribe link provided.
1. Frequency
The frequency of our newsletter issues will be bi-annually. The frequency of our classes will vary.
2. Limited Liability
We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the newsletter/classes, at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users / visitors from our newsletter or class service, without notice. We will do so with any subscriber we deem registered with fake data.
3. Privacy Policy
We will not communicate / spread / publish or otherwise share your personal information with any third party, unless required by law. You are able to change your subscription settings or cancel your subscription at any time.
Ice Theatre of London Donation Terms & Conditions
The Ice Theatre of London (referred to as us or we) is a private project run by international professional figure skaters. We operate the website www.icetheatreoflondon.com (the website). These are the Terms & Conditions which govern each use you make of the donation payment services provided through the website.
These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each single donation that you make. Unless specified by you, they do not form a contract allowing for future or successive transactions to be set up. By confirming on the website that you wish to make a donation you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation.
1. The Donation Services
We will use your donation at our discretion but within our stated objectives.
All payments through the website are to be made through PayPal.
2. Unauthorised Payments
If you become aware of fraudulent use of your PayPal account, you must notify PayPal directly.
3. Privacy Policy
We will not communicate / spread / publish or otherwise share your personal information with any third party, unless required by law.
4. Refund Policy
If you make an error in your donation please contact us by email at icetheatrelondon('at')gmail.com within 14 days and a full refund will be made to you.

These Donation Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
